initial Consultation
(15 minutes) - Free
This option is ideal for those who plan to interview multiple therapists or who know what they are looking for in a therapist and feel they can gather all necessary information through a brief video call. (Available only when accepting new clients.)
Intake Session
(75 minutes) - $200
Longer than your average session, this intake session is set up to explore your background, goals, and any specific concerns you may have, allowing us to begin developing a personalized approach to your therapy.
Individual Sessions
(55 minutes) - $150
I offer regularly scheduled weekly counseling for adults (18+) in Washington State.
All sessions are conducted via Telehealth.
paying for therapy
As a member of Shelterwood Collective, I am In-network with LifeWise & Primera (Blue Cross). I am also an out-of-network (OON) provider for many other insurance plans and accept private pay clients.
I accept payment via credit, debit, FSA, or HSA card. Clients enroll in automatic payments via Stripe, a HIPAA-secure billing platform that will process and store all card transaction details.
